Jude Kereama's more relaxed second room takes the whole top floor of Celtic House so nearly every table looks out over the harbour and clock tower. Mini Kai small plates like duck bao buns and tempura oysters alongside seafood laksa and panko hake. Kota itself now sits in a private space inside.
