Redruth's brilliant food hall revival — a Grade II listed 1825 butter market, lovingly restored by community interest company Redruth Revival. Six independent street food kitchens, one bar, a cobbled courtyard and a rolling programme of live music, markets and events. Kitchens rotate but include pasta, Asian fusion, smash burgers and focaccia. The most genuine taste of Redruth's new energy.
